Drop front trousers in comfortable jersey for single-handed management, easy dressing and with a continuous inner waistband. Now one of our biggest selling designs – and no wonder. These trousers are very easily managed by anyone with poor manual dexterity – especially anyone who has the use of only one arm.
The Original Drop Fronts are now available in size 3XL, which will stretch easily to fit a 54″ waist, but are actually cut at 56″ so will stretch to fit a slightly larger size. We are now holding wheelchair trousers in stock hemmed and ready to wear at the equivalent length for standard trousers worn standing. Please bear in mind that wheelchair trousers should generally be worn at anything between 2″ and 3″ longer than when standing. Standard leg lengths are 31″ or 34″ for all sizes except the 3XL, which is 35″

Brilliant Design

Side Velcro
I am chair band and also have an ileostomy so these are brilliant when I need to toilet. One problem I have is with the the Velcro on the side of the the drop down flap. The velcro is very thin and would benefit from being the standard width, other than that a brilliant product as are all the wheelchair trousers

brilliant idea
My husband is wheelchair bound and only has i working arm after a stroke, he also has a colostomy bag, so these trousers are ideal.

Since discovering these trousers about two years ago, my daughters have bought me altogether six pairs. The nursing staff are more than happy with this alternative compared to normal “jogging pants”.

Excellent product, highly recommend
Got these trousers for my elderly father and he is delighted with them. They are very good quality and wash really well. The drop front and inner opening have made his daily living so much easier as he has very limited mobility.
